EXECUTIVE LEADER AND CAMPAIGNER
Thanks for coming to say hello!
WHO I AM
I'm an experienced business leader, speaker and campaigner
currently leading UN Women UK as Executive Director.

I'm passionate about human rights, empathy and delivering outstanding results for organisations.
Endlessly curious, I am always looking for new recommendations of things and ways to learn -
so please drop me a message if you have something to share.
WHAT I DO
If I'm speaking on your panel, feel free to pull the relevant bits from what's below as my bio.
I'm currently Executive Director of UN Women UK.
UN Women is the only global organisation working to make gender equality a reality at truly every level of society, from grassroots programmes, to behavioural change campaigns, to global government. UN Women's mission is to ensure every woman has an equal right and access to Safety, Choice, and a Voice.
Prior to joining UN Women UK, I helped to drive McKinsey's UK office work on diversity and inclusion, including as an author of The Power of Parity, examining the macroeconomic effect of accelerating gender equality on UK GDP and beyond.
I have a Masters degree from the University of Oxford examining the history of gender identity, and have worked with charities in areas from microfinance in Brazil to justice for survivors of violence in Uganda, and access to social protection for UK youth.

I'm really passionate about exercise for its short-term impact on mental health, and long-term impact on resilience. In my spare time, I founded EVOKE fitness studio, an affordable boutique studio in Hackney offering classes from yoga to boxing to help our members feels amazing about themselves. I'm a keen ballroom and latin dancer.
My passion is for bringing organisations, communities and individuals together for a united movement for change. Because the time is now, and our voices are louder when we raise them together.
Please reach out if you are looking for an advisor, Board member or thought partner within the fields of equality, business, community mobilisation or wellness.
